Congratulations to Dr. Blue who teaches the GCGP Biostatistics in Genetic Counseling course.
"Dr. Elizabeth Blue, professor (Medical Genetics) and associate director of the Institute for Public Health Genetics, has been elected president-elect of the International Genetic Epidemiology Society (IGES). IGES was formed in 1991 as the only international genetic society devoted to promoting the study of genetic epidemiology and statistical genetics. Members include geneticists, epidemiologists, statisticians, mathematicians, biologists, and biomedical researchers investigating the genetic basis of disease, complex traits and their risk factors."
